The Achievement Centers for Children's Early Intervention program is designed to make a skilled assessment and determine a plan of action geared for each child. Early Intervention services are offered to children from newborn to age three and their families through individual outpatient visits, home-based services, or as a part of a group program for 1 - 3 years. In the hands-on group session, children interact with their parents, an early childhood educator, social worker and physical, occupational and speech/language therapists to help them develop skills and have fun learning experiences. All Early Intervention services are guided by an individualized plan that the family and an interdisciplinary team develop. As often as four times a year, this plan is updated to stay current with the child's changing needs and progress.
